The Community Council placed great emphasis on cleanliness and the creation of green spaces, in an effort to attract new investors to the community but also to offer a better standard of life for the residents. 

The planting of trees in all green spaces of the residential areas was carried out. Hourly-paid workers were recruited who undertook the watering, cleaning and general maintenance of the existing green spaces. Furthermore, large bins were put on all roads in order to keep the community clean.
